Born in the Wild.
Built for the Wild.

We didn't start Tentasy in a boardroom. We started it at 5am, in an open jeep, watching a tigress lead her cubs across a forest track — and knowing more people needed to feel exactly this. Today, we run ethical, naturalist-led expeditions across 15+ wildlife reserves in India and Sri Lanka.

Our Story

From a Shared Obsession to a Movement

"We wanted to build the wildlife expedition we always wished existed — one where animals were never props, and depth always mattered more than the checklist."

Tentasy began as a shared obsession. A group of wildlife photographers, naturalists, and off-road drivers who kept bumping into each other at forest gate queues across South India — and eventually decided to do something together. We founded ABC Outdoor Ventures Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru with one clear goal.

What was missing in Indian wildlife tourism wasn't adventure — it was depth. We wanted expeditions that created genuine understanding of ecosystems, conservation challenges, and what it actually means to share a planet with a wild tiger.

Today, we run expeditions across 15+ reserves in India and Sri Lanka with a small, expert team. We've watched our travellers come back changed — quieter, more observant, more in love with the natural world. That's the only metric that matters to us.

Why Tentasy

What Makes Us Different

Six principles that shape every expedition we run — from a weekend safari in Bandipur to a 15-day grand circuit across Madhya Pradesh.

Depth Over Checklist

We skip the museums-and-forts circuit. Every itinerary prioritises beaches, mountains, and wildlife — designed for understanding, not sightseeing.

Photographer On Every Trip

A personalised photographer accompanies every expedition. You go home with a curated e-album that captures the trip exactly as you lived it.

Naturalist-Led, Always

Our guides hold formal naturalist training plus 10+ years in the field. Big-cat behaviour, bird calls, scat ID — they read the forest fluently.

Small Groups, Real Connections

We keep groups intentionally small with enough breathing room to slow down, observe, and form meaningful bonds with co-travellers.

Ex-Military Safety Standards

Our overlanding lead has driven 80,000+ km across India's toughest terrain. Emergency response and remote-area safety are baked into every plan.

Ethical & Conservation-First

We're certified volunteers for Karnataka Forest Department camera-trapping and census work. Conservation isn't a tagline — it's the operating system.
