These Terms & Conditions govern your use of tentasy.com and the expeditions and services provided by Tentasy, operated by ABC Outdoor Ventures Pvt Ltd (“Tentasy”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing our website or booking with us you agree to these terms.

Bookings & Payments

Booking requests must be received at least 60 days before the travel date. 75% of the total must be received no later than 45 days before the travel date, and the balance 25% no later than 30 days before the travel date. A booking is confirmed only once the applicable payment has been received within these timelines. All prices are quoted in USD and are non-negotiable.

Response time: our turnaround time for enquiries is 24 hours on working days.

Cancellations & Refunds

No refund is provided on cancellation. In the case of death or medical reasons, supporting documents must be sent to us and the request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Travel Risks & Responsibility

Our expeditions take place in wilderness and remote environments and may involve inherent risks, including wildlife encounters, off-road travel, water-based activities and high-altitude or remote-area travel. You participate at your own risk and must follow the guidance of our team at all times. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel and medical insurance for every traveller.

Health & Fitness

You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to participate and for informing us in advance of any medical conditions, dietary needs or special requirements.

Conduct & Wildlife Ethics

Tentasy follows strict ethical wildlife practices. Travellers must respect wildlife, local communities, protected areas and the instructions of guides and forest authorities. We may discontinue any traveller’s participation, without refund, for conduct that endangers wildlife, other travellers or staff.

Changes to Itineraries

Wildlife sightings, weather, permits and local conditions are unpredictable. We may adjust itineraries, routes or accommodation where necessary for safety or operational reasons while preserving the quality of your experience.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tentasy and ABC Outdoor Ventures Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, injury, delay or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control or from the acts of third-party suppliers.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
